4 day.
Breakfast - only black coffee.
Lunch - raw egg, 3 large boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 grams of hard cheese.
Dinner - fruit.

5 day.
Breakfast - raw carrots with lemon juice.
Lunch - a large fish, fried or boiled, a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner - fruit.

6 day. Breakfast is black coffee.
Lunch - half cooked chicken, salad of fresh cabbage or carrots.
Dinner - 2 hard-boiled eggs, a plate of grated raw carrots with vegetable oil.

Day 7.
Breakfast - tea.
Lunch - 200 grams of boiled beef, fruit.
Dinner - any of the previous days, except dinner of the third day.

The second week of the protein diet is the repetition of the first week in reverse order. That is, the diet of the eighth day of the protein diet is completely equal to the menu of the seventh, 9 = 6, 10 = 5 and so on.

Tea, coffee, yogurt should be sugar-free, meat - without seasonings and spices. In addition, it is recommended a day to drink at least a liter, but preferably two water - simple or non-carbonated mineral.

The main advantage of the protein diet is that, getting excess protein with food, the body does not lose the necessary building materials. Therefore, the protein diet, unlike most other diets, does not lead to loss of muscle mass. At the same time, the shortage of carbohydrates and fats produced from food causes the body to burn stored fat reserves.

Constraints and contraindications

Kilograms on a protein diet disappear slowly, but steadily. But longer than 2 weeks, the protein diet can not be used, as it is impossible and repeat it more often than twice a year. After all, with an excess of protein in the diet and a lack of carbohydrates, the body uses not only fat stores as a source of energy, but the same excess of proteins. And the process of energy oxidation of proteins is accompanied by the formation of a number of very toxic compounds for the body that can disrupt the functioning of the liver and kidneys and cause the development of gout. In addition, with such a diet consumes a lot of calcium, so that after a long time, the bones can become brittle.

A protein diet is not recommended for people of middle and old age. Abundant use of proteins - the lot of the young!
